Yin Yoga

 

Yin yoga focuses on holding a pose for a long time and relaxing the body.
It's a very relaxing and simple yoga that works powerfully on the body and mind.

I usually hold one pose still for 3-7 minutes.
And each pose has hips, sacrum, hips, knees, ankles, etc.
In particular, we will focus on the EARTH part of the lower body (basic part that serves as the foundation).
The aim is to open each joint and create space there.

Unlike the strong yang-style yoga that focuses on the muscles, it relaxes the muscles and focuses attention on the joints, ligaments and tendons.
As a result, the flow of the meridian in Chinese medicine (Nadi in yoga) is smoothed,
We will activate the flow of Qi from the joints to the inside of the bones.

You can also balance your chakras and balance your mind and emotions.

Observe your breath through the practice of Yin Yoga, and observe each and every system of your own body and within.
It brings calmness and serenity to our mind and makes yang style yoga more effective.
It is also said to be the base yoga.
